Omer has spent over 18 years driving cutting edge technologies from inception to commercialization. In 2016, Mr. Keilaf founded Innoviz Technologies with the vision of creating a LiDAR sensor that would enable widespread adoption of autonomous driving technology. Today Innoviz leads the LiDAR space and has achieved unprecedented milestones including:  a major design win with BMW for series production of Autonomous Vehicles and strategic partnerships with major Tier1s Aptiv, Magna and Samsung-HARMAN. Innoviz raised $82 million dollars in 2 funding rounds. Before founding Innoviz, between 2013-2015 he led the system and product definition efforts at Consumer Physics, Inc., where he helped to create the world’s first handheld molecular sensor for mobile devices.  From 2010-2013 he led the system architecture and engineering teams at bTendo, a small startup acquired by ST Micro for developing a pico-projector for mobile phones. Between 2007-2009 he led integration and research teams at Anobit Technologies, a start-up that was acquired by Apple for almost $500M.  From 2001 through 2007, Mr. Keilaf served and became an officer in the elite technological unit of the Intelligence Corps of the Israel Defense Forces. He was a Project and System Manager, as well as Integration Team Leader, managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary systems.
